Jen’s longtime friend, yoga teacher to the stars, Mandy Ingber is behind Aniston’s jaw droppingly toned and perfect H๏τ bod, and she opened up to ABC News on Wednesday about how she got her already impossibly fit client into an even fitter state!

Ingber shared that Aniston underwent a special 28-day-long calorie burning program which included a hybrid form of yoga and calisthenics, called Yogalosophy.

“It’s yoga paired with toning exercises, so people who were bored with yoga might try it, or people that were really into yoga might get a little extra workout,” Ingber explained about the exercise regime.

Ingber went on to say that the effects of the hybrid workout are maximized when combined with cardiovascular activity, that Jen practices the limb bending exercise three times a week and that the actress’ favorite yoga stretch is the tree pose – which involves balancing on one leg for extended periods of time.

And, Aniston’s not the only celebrity fan—Brooke Shields, Ricky Lake and Kate Beckinsale all rave about Yogalosophy. Jen has been an Ingber devotee for nearly a decade now, having worked with the trainer three to four days a week since 2005!

Mandy previously talked about her famous Friend’s workout with Shape magazine, explaining that when they first started collaborating it was important for Aniston to develop a better connection to her mind, emotions and body.

“She hadn’t been exercising much because she was overloaded with work for so many years, so it was really about grounding into her body during a major professional and personal life change,” Ingber said.

“Part of why Jennifer looks so awesome is her balance. She’s a balance of having strength, being toned and being lean — beautiful but natural. She works hard, but you also see her taking care of herself.
